إذا شهد الرجل من الورثة بدين على الميت
When an Heir Testifies to a Debt on the Deceased

٣٣٠٥٨ - حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن الشعبي قال: إذا شهد رجلان او ثلاثة من الورثة فإنما اقروا على انفسهم.
It is narrated from Ash'ath that Hazrat Sha'bi said: When two or three people from among the heirs give testimony, this testimony will be considered as an acknowledgment on their part.

٣٣٠٥٩ - حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن الحكم وحماد عن إبراهيم قال: يجوز على الورثة بحساب ما ورثوا.
Hakam and Hammad narrate from Ibrahim that the debt will be applied to the heirs according to the share of inheritance they receive.

٣٣٠٦٠ - حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن الحسن قال: هما شاهدان من المسلمين، تجوز شهادتهما على الورثة كلهم.
It is narrated from Ash'ath that Hasan said: Both witnesses are Muslims, therefore their testimony will be binding upon all the heirs.

٣٣٠٦١ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: إذا شهد اثنان من الورثة جاز عليهما في انصبائهما.
It is narrated from Hakam that Ibrahim said: When two heirs give testimony, the debt will be obligatory upon their shares, and Hakam himself says that the debt will be obligatory upon all the heirs.

٣٣٠٦٣ - حدثنا (عبيد الله) (١) عن إسرائيل عن منصور عن الحارث قال: إذا شهد اثنان من الورثة لرجل بدين اعطي دينه.

It is narrated from Mansur that Hazrat Harith said: When two heirs testify to a debt for a person, then his debt will be given to him.

٣٣٠٦٤ - حدثنا عبد السلام عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا شهد احد الورثة جاز عليهم كلهم.
Yunus narrates that Hasan said: When any heir gives testimony, the debt will become applicable to all the heirs.
