٣٣٠٦٧ - حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد انهما كرها ان يشتري الوصي من الميراث شيئا.
It is narrated from Hisham that Hasan and Muhammad disliked that the executor should purchase anything from the inheritance wealth.

٣٣٠٦٨ - حدثنا عبد الله (عن) (١) عثمان بن الاسود عن مجاهد وعطاء قالا: لا يجوز لوال ان يشتري مما (ولي) (٢) عليه.

Usman bin Aswad narrates that Hazrat Mujahid and Ata said that it is not permissible for a person in charge to buy anything from the wealth that is under his responsibility. The narrator says that Hazrat Mujahid also said that your one hand cannot buy anything from your other hand.

33069 - He said: Mujahid said: Do not buy one of your hands from the other.

٣٣٠٧٠ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن ابي إسحاق عن صلة بن زفر قال: كان عند عبد الله فاتاه رجل على فرس ابلق، فقال: تامرني ان اشتري هذا، قال: (و) (١) ما ⦗٢٣٧⦘ شانه؟ قال: اوصى إلي رجل، وتركه فاقمته في السوق على ثمن، قال: لا تشتره ولا تستسلف من ماله (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ، جـ، هـ].
(٢) صحيح.
Sila bin Zufar narrates that I was with Hazrat Abdullah when a man came to him riding a piebald horse, and he said, "Do you command me to buy something from this wealth?" He asked, "What kind of wealth is this?" He replied, "A man made a bequest to me and died leaving this wealth. I put it up for sale in the market for a price." He said, "Do not buy it, and do not take anything from his wealth." Ibn Ishaq says that I heard this from Sila bin Zufar sixty years ago.
