٣٣٢٦٠ - حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا الاعمش عن إبراهيم قال: كان عبد الله لا يرد على ستة: لا يرد على زوج، ولا امراة، ولا جدة، ولا على اخت لاب مع اخت لاب وام، ولا على اخت لام مع ام، ولا على ابنة ابن مع ابنة صلب (١).

(١) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يدرك عبد اللَّه.
Ibrahim, through another chain of narration, reports the same opinion of Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him).

٣٣٢٦١ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن داود عن الشعبي قال: استشهد سالم مولى ابي حذيفة قال: فاعطى ابو بكر ابنته النصف واعطى النصف الثاني في سبيل الله (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ الشعبي لم يدرك أبا بكر.
Sha'bi narrates that when Salim, the freed slave of Abu Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him), was martyred, Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) gave half of the wealth to his daughter and spent the remaining half in the way of Allah.

٣٣٢٦٢ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن بسام عن فضيل بن (عمرو) (١) قال: قال إبراهيم: لم يكن احد من اصحاب النبي ﷺ يرد على المراة والزوج شيئا (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ب]: (عمر).
(٢) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يسمع من أصحاب النبي ﷺ.
Ibrahim states that none of the companions of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would return any wealth that was given from a husband to his wife or vice versa. He states that Hazrat Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) would give each rightful person their share and deposit the remaining wealth in the treasury.

٣٣٢٦٣ - قال: وكان زيد يعطي كل ذي فرض فريضته، وما بقي جعله في بيت المال (١).

33263 - He said: And Zayd used to give each person entitled to a prescribed share his due share, and whatever remained he would place in the treasury (1).

٣٣٢٦٤ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: كان عبد الله لا يرد على اخت لاب مع اخت لاب وام، ولا يرد على ابنة ابن مع ابنة شيئا، ولا على إخوة لام مع ام شيئا، ولا على زوج ولا امراة (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يدرك عبد اللَّه.
Ibrahim says that Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) would not give anything to a paternal sister in the presence of a full sister, nor to a granddaughter in the presence of a daughter, nor to a maternal sister in the presence of a mother, nor to a husband and wife.

٣٣٢٦٥ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة والاعمش قالا: لم يكن احد يرد على جدة إلا ان يكون غيرها.
Mughira and A’mash narrate that no one would return the wealth to the grandmother again; if there were other relatives, it would be returned to them.
