Fudayl narrates that Ibrahim said regarding the woman who leaves behind a full sister and a consanguine sister, and has no other agnate relative besides them, that the full sister will receive three-fourths of the estate, and this is the verdict of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). And Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the verdict in this matter that the full sister will receive five parts and the consanguine sister will receive one-sixth of the estate. And in this matter, Hazrat Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the verdict that the full sister will receive three parts and the consanguine sister will receive one-sixth, and the remainder will go to the public treasury if there is no mawla or agnate relative. Hazrat Abu Bakr says that this issue, according to the statement of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), will be resolved from three shares, and according to the statements of Hazrat Abdullah and Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them), it will be resolved from six shares.
