Regarding Those Who Drown, and Those Who Consider Drowned Persons as Heirs to Each Other

٣٣٤٧٧ - حدثنا عبدة عن سعيد عن قتادة عن علي مثله (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ قتادة لا يروي عن علي.
Qatadah narrates that the same meaning has been reported from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).

٣٣٤٧٨ - حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن منصور، قال إبراهيم في القوم يموتون لا يدرى ايهم مات قبل، قال: يورث بعضهم من بعض.
Mansur narrates that Ibrahim says regarding those people who die in such a way that it is not known who died first among them, that they should be made heirs of one another. Hazrat Mansur says that there is no harm in starting with whichever of them you wish when making them heirs of one another.

٣٣٤٧٩ - قال منصور: لا يضرك بايهم بدات إذا ورثت بعضهم من بعض.
33479 - Mansur said: It does not harm you with which of them you begin if you inherit some of them from others.
