٣٣٧٢٢ - قال الشعبي: واهل المدينة يقولون: الولاء (للكبر) (١).

33722 - Al-Sha'bi said: And the people of Medina say: The wala’ (is for the elder) (1).

Ibn Aun narrates that Shurayh gave the verdict regarding the family of Ash'ath that the wala' will be divided between the paternal uncle and the nephews.
