ما قالوا: في الكنز يوجد في أرض العدو
Those Who Spoke Regarding Treasure Found in Enemy Territory

٣٤٨٩٧ - حدثنا عباد عن هشام عن (الحسن) (١) قال: الركاز الكنز العادي، فيه الخمس.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ب]: (للحسن).
Hazrat Hisham (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Khums (one-fifth) is obligatory on rikaz, that is, buried treasure.

٣٤٨٩٨ - حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان عن عمر الضبي قال: بينما رجال (بسابور) (١) (يلينون) (٢) او يثيرون الارض إذ اصابوا كنزا وعليها محمد بن جابر (الراسبي) (٣)، فكتب فيه إلى عدي فكتب عدي إلى عمر بن عبد العزيز، فكتب عمر ان خذ منهم الخمس.

(٣) في [أ، ب]: (الراسي).
Hazrat Umar al-Dhabi, may Allah have mercy on him, says that while the people of Sabur were softening the land—or he said: they were plowing the land—they found a treasure. And over them, Hazrat Muhammad bin Jabir al-Rasbi was the governor. So he wrote a letter to Hazrat 'Adi, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding this matter. And Hazrat 'Adi, may Allah have mercy on him, wrote a letter to Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, inquiring about this matter. Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, replied: Take one-fifth (khums) from them.

٣٤٨٩٩ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن سعيد عن ابي هريرة عن النبى ﷺ قال:"في الركاز الخمس" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (١٤٩٩)، ومسلم (١٧١٠).
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: One-fifth is obligatory on buried treasure.

٣٤٩٠٠ - حدثنا خالد بن مخلد عن كثير بن عبد الله عن ابيه عن جده عن النبي ﷺ قال:"في الركاز الخمس" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف جدًا؛ كثير متروك، أخرجه الطبراني في الأوسط (٣٩٢٩)، والكبير ١٧/ (٦)، ابن عدي ٦/ ٥٨، وأبو نعيم في تاريخ أصبهان ١/ ١٦٣.
Hazrat Abdullah narrates from his father that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: One-fifth is obligatory in buried treasure.

٣٤٩٠١ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن إسرائيل عن سماك عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: قضى رسول الله ﷺ في الركاز الخمس (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مضطرب؛ رواية سماك عن عكرمة مضطربة، أخرجه أحمد (٢٨٦٩)، وابن ماجه (٢٥١٠)، والطبراني (١١٧٢٦).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) decreed one-fifth (khums) for buried treasure.

٣٤٩٠٢ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن محمد بن عمرو عن ابي سلمة عن ابي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"في الركاز الخمس" (١).

(١) حسن؛ محمد بن عمرو صدوق، وأخرجه البخاري (٦٩١٢)، ومسلم (١٧١٠).
