٣٥٢٨٨ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عبد الملك بن نوفل (بن) (١) مساحق عن رجل من مزينة (عن ابيه) (٢) قال: كان النبي ﷺ إذا بعث سرية قال لهم:"إذا رايتم مسجدا او سمعتم مؤذنا فلا تقتلوا احدا" (٣).

(٣) مجهول؛ لجهالة عبد الملك وإبهام الرجل، أخرجه أحمد (١٥٧١٤)، وأبو داود (٢٦٣٥)، والترمذي (١٥٤٩)، والنسائي في الكبرى (٨٨٣١)، والشافعي في المسند ٦/ ١١٢، والحميدي (٨٢٠)، وسعيد بن منصور (٢٣٨٥)، والبزار (١٧٣١/ كشف)، والطبراني ١٧/ (٤٦٧)، والبيهقي ٩/ ١٨٢، والبغوي (٢٧٠٣)، وابن الأثير ٤/ ٣٦، والمزي ١٨/ ٤٣٠.
A man from the tribe of Muzaynah narrates from his father that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would send any army, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would say to them: When you see a mosque or hear the voice of a muezzin, then do not kill anyone.

٣٥٢٨٩ - حدثنا علي بن حفص عن محمد بن طلحة عن حميد عن انس قال: كان النبي ﷺ إذا (طرق) (١) قوما إن سمع اذانا امسك (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ب]: (طرقا).
(٢) حسن؛ محمد بن طلحة صدوق، أخرجه البخاري (٢٩٤٣)، ومسلم (٣٨٢).
Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would come to a people at night, and if he (peace be upon him) heard the call to prayer (adhan), he (peace be upon him) would refrain from fighting.

٣٥٢٩٠ - حدثنا إسحاق بن سليمان الرازي عن ابي جعفر عن الربيع عن ابي العالية ان ابا بكر كان إذا بعث جيشا إلى اهل الردة قال: اجلسوا قريبا، فإن سمعتم النداء إلى ان تطلع الشمس وإلا فاغيروا عليهم (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح.
Hazrat Abu Alia (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that whenever Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) sent an army towards the apostates, he would say: Sit down near the settlement; if you hear the sound of the call to prayer (adhan) by sunrise, then it is fine, otherwise attack them.
