الرجل يغزو ووالداه حيان أله ذلك؟
If Someone Goes for Jihad While His Parents Are Alive, Is He Permitted?

٣٥٧١٠ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا مسعر عن محمد بن جحادة عن الحسن قال: جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ يستاذنه في الجهاد فقال:"لك حوبة؟" (١) قال: نعم، قال: اجلس عندها (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) جاء في تهذيب اللغة ٥/ ١٧٤: (قال أبو عبيد: يريد بالحوية ما يأثم به إن ضيعه، قال وبعض أهل العلم يتأوله على الأم خاصة، وهي كل حرمة تضيع إن تركها من أم أو أخت أو بنت أو غيرها)، انظر: غريب الحديث لأبي عبيد ٢/ ٢٠.
(٢) مرسل؛ الحسن تابعي.
It is narrated from Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to seek permission for jihad. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him, "Is your mother alive?" He replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Stay with her and serve her."
