When Is a Rider Considered a Horseman?

٣٥٧٥٨ - حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن سليمان بن موسى في الإمام (١) إذا ادرب (٢) قال: يكتب الفارس فارسا والراجل راجلا.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ب]: زيادة (حتى).
(٢) أي: دخل الطريق الموصل للعدو.
Hazrat Sulaiman bin Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when the Imam enters the enemy's territory, the horseman will be recorded as a horseman and the foot soldier will be recorded as a foot soldier.
