٣٨٨٩٥ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن عيسى بن طلحة عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال: اتى النبي ﷺ رجل فقال: حلقت قبل ان اذبح؟ قال:"فاذبح ولا (حرج) (١)"، قال: ذبحت قبل ان ارمي؟ قال:"ارم ولا حرج" (٢).

(١) في [هـ]: (جرم).
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه مسلم (١٣٠٦)، وأحمد (٦٤٨٩)، وأصله عند البخاري (١٢٤).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "I performed shaving (halq) before sacrificing (dhibh)?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Sacrifice, there is no harm." The questioner said, "I performed sacrifice before stoning (rami)?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Perform stoning, there is no harm."

٣٨٨٩٦ - حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن خالد عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس ان سائلا سال النبي ﷺ: رميت بعد ما امسيت؟ فقال:"لا حرج"، قال: وقال: (حلقت قبل ان انحر، قال: لا حرج) (١) (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [س]: تكررت.
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (١٧٢٣)، وبنحوه مسلم (١٣٠٧)، وأحمد (١٨٥٨).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a questioner asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): I performed the stoning after sunset? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no harm. The narrator says that the questioner said: I shaved my head before performing the sacrifice? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no harm.

٣٨٨٩٧ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا سفيان عن عبد الرحمن بن عياش عن زيد ابن علي عن ابيه عن عبيد الله بن ابي رافع عن علي عن النبي ﷺ اتاه رجل فقال: إني افضت قبل ان احلق؟ فقال:" (احلق) (١) او قصر ولا حرج" (٢).

(١) سقط من: [س].
(٢) ضعيف؛ لضعف عبد الرحمن بن عياش، أخرجه أحمد (١٣٤٨)، والترمذي (٨٨٥)، وأبو يعلى (٣١٢)، وابن خزيمة (٢٨٣٧)، والبيهقي ٥/ ١٢٢.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: I returned before shaving the head (halq)? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Shave your head or shorten your hair, there is no problem.

٣٨٨٩٨ - حدثنا اسباط بن محمد عن الشيباني عن زياد بن علاقة عن اسامة بن شريك ان النبي ﷺ ساله رجل فقال: حلقت قبل ان اذبح، قال:"لا حرج" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه أبو داود (٢٠١٥)، وابن ماجه (٣٤٣٦)، والطيالسي (١٢٣٢)، والطبراني (٤٦٣)، والحميدي (٨٢٤)، وابن خزيمة (٢٧٧٤)، والبيهقي ٥/ ١٤٦.
It is narrated from Hazrat Usama bin Sharik that a man asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): I performed halq (shaving the head) before sacrificing (the animal)? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no harm.

٣٨٨٩٩ - حدثنا وكيع عن اسامة بن زيد عن عطاء عن جابر قال: قال رجل: يا رسول الله ﷺ (١) (حلقت) (٢) قبل ان (انحر) (٣)، قال:"لا حرج" (٤).

(٤) حسن؛ أسامة بن زيد صدوق، أخرجه أبو داود (١٩٣٢)، وابن ماجه (٣٠٥٢)، وابن خزيمة (٢٧٨٧)، والدارمي (١٨٧٩)، وعبد بن حميد (١٠٠٤)، والطحاوي ٢/ ٢٣٦، والبيهقي ٥/ ١٤٣.
Hazrat Jabir says that a man said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! I performed halq (shaving the head) before nahr (sacrificing the animal)? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no harm. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: A compensatory sacrifice (dam) is obligatory upon him.
