٣٨٩١٠ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عبد الله بن دينار عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"البيعان بالخيار في بيعهما ما لم يتفرقا إلا ان يكون بيعهما عن خيار" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١١٣)، ومسلم (١٥٣١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to finalize or cancel) in their transaction as long as they do not separate, unless there is some (additional) option in their transaction.

٣٨٩١١ - حدثنا يزيد عن شعبة عن قتادة عن صالح ابي الخليل عن عبد الله ابن الحارث عن حكيم بن حزام ان النبي ﷺ قال:"البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١٠٨)، ومسلم (١٥٣٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hakim bin Hizam that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the transaction) as long as they have not separated from each other.

٣٨٩١٢ - حدثنا هاشم بن القاسم حدثنا ايوب بن عتبة حدثنا ابو كثير (السحيمي) (١) عن ابي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"البيعان بالخيار في بيعهما ما لم يتفرقا او يكن بيعهما عن خيار" (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ب]: (الشحيمي)، وفي [س]: (السهيمي).
(٢) ضعيف؛ لضعف أيوب بن عتبة، أخرجه أحمد (٨٠٩٩)، والطيالسي (٢٥٦٨)، والطحاوي ١٣/ ٤، والطبراني في الأوسط (٩١٢)، وابن عدي ١/ ٣١٠.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the sale) as long as they have not separated from each other, or unless there is some (additional) option in their transaction.

٣٨٩١٣ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن (حماد) (١) بن زيد (عن) (٢) جميل بن مرة عن ابي الوضئ عن ابي برزة قال: قال النبي ﷺ:"البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا" (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [هـ]: (حمار).
(٢) في [جـ]: (ابن).
(٣) صحيح؛ أخرجه أحمد (١٩٨١٣)، وأبو داود (٣٤٥٧)، وابن ماجه (٢١٨٢)، والطيالسي (٩٢٢)، وابن الجارود (٦١٩)، والبزار (٣٨٦٠)، وبحشل ص ٥٣، والطحاوي ٤/ ١٣، والروياني (٧٧١)، والدارقطني ٣/ ٦.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Barzah that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the transaction) until they separate from each other.

٣٨٩١٤ - [حدثنا عفان حدثنا همام عن قتادة عن الحسن عن سمرة عن النبي ﷺ قال:"البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا"] (١) (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط الحديث في: [أ، ب].
(٢) منقطع حكمًا؛ الحسن مدلس، أخرجه أحمد (٢٠١٨٩)، وابن ماجه (٢١٨٣)، والحاكم ٢/ ١٥، والطحاوي ٤/ ١٣، والطبراني (٦٨٣٤)، والبيهقي ٥/ ٢٧١.
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that the seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the deal) until they separate from each other. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion is mentioned that: the sale becomes valid (enforceable) even if mutual separation has not occurred.
