٣٨٩٣٢ - حدثنا عبدة عن ابن ابي عروبة عن سليمان الناجي عن ابي المتوكل عن ابي سعيد قال: جاء رجل وقد صلى النبي ﷺ قال: فقال (له) (١) (النبي) (٢) ﷺ:"ايكم يتجر على هذا؟" قال: فقام رجل من القوم فصلى معه (٣).

(٣) صحيح؛ عبدة سمع من سعيد قبل اختلاطه، أخرجه أبو داود (٥٧٤)، والترمذي (٢٢٠)، وأحمد ٣/ ٥ (١١٠١٩)، وابن خزيمة (١٦٣٢)، وابن الجارود (٣٣٠)، وابن حبان (٢٣٩٧)، والدارقطني ١/ ٢٧٦، وأبو يعلى (١٠٥٧)، وعبد بن حميد (٩٣٦)، والدارمي ١/ ٣١٨، والحاكم ١/ ٢٠٩، والضياء في المختارة (١٦٠٧)، والبيهقي ٣/ ٦٩، والطبراني في الصغير (٦٠٦)، والبغوي (٨٥٩)، وابن عبد البر في الاستذكار ١/ ٣٩٥.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed that a man came (to the mosque) while the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had already performed the prayer: the narrator says: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Who among you will transact (the prayer) for him? The narrator says: then a man stood up and prayed along with the newcomer. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: in this situation, do not perform the congregation (jama‘at) again.
