٣٨٩٥٠ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن سالم عن ابن عمر قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع الثمر حتى يبدو صلاحه (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١٨٣)، ومسلم (١٥٣٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling fruit before its goodness becomes apparent (the meaning of "goodness becomes apparent" will be mentioned in a hadith after a few ahadith as a marfu’ narration).

٣٨٩٥١ - [حدثنا ابن عيينة عن ابن جريج عن عطاء عن جابر قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع (التمر) (١) حتى يبدو صلاحها] (٢) (٣).

(٢) سقط الحديث في: [جـ].
(٣) صحيح؛ صرح ابن جريج بالسماع عند مسلم، وأخرجه البخاري (٢٣٨١)، ومسلم (١٥٣٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before their ripening.

٣٨٩٥٢ - حدثنا ابو الاحوص عن (زيد) (١) بن جبير قال: (سال) (٢) رجل ابن ⦗٢٥١⦘ عمر عن شراء الثمر فقال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع (الثمر) (٣) حتى يبدو صلاحها (٤).

It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid bin Jubair that a man asked Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the purchase of fruits. He replied: The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before their ripening.

٣٨٩٥٣ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن شعبة عن (يزيد) (١) بن (خمير) (٢) عن مولى لقريش قال: سمعت ابا هريرة يحدث معاوية ان النبي ﷺ نهى عن بيع الثمرة حتى تحرز من كل عارض (٣).

(٣) مجهول، لإبهام المولى، وأخرجه أحمد (٩٠١٧)، وأبو داود (٣٣٦٩٠)، والبيهقي ٢/ ٢٤٠، والخطيب في الموضح ٢/ ٢٠.
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates to Hazrat Muawiyah that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits until they are safe from calamity.

٣٨٩٥٤ - حدثنا علي بن هاشم عن ابن ابي ليلى عن عطية عن ابي سعيد قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع الثمرة حتى يبدو صلاحها، قالوا: وما بدو صلاحها؟ قالت: تذهب عاهاتها ويخلص طيبها (١).

(١) ضعيف؛ لضعف عطية وابن أبي ليلى.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Sa'id that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before their ripening. The people asked, "What is the ripening of fruits?" He replied: When the afflictions of the fruits have ended and the fruit has become safe (i.e., when the usual time of afflictions has passed and the time of protection has begun).

٣٨٩٥٥ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن عمرو بن مرة عن ابي البختري قال: سالت ابن عباس عن بيع النخل فقال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع النخل حتى ياكل منه او يؤكل منه وحتى يوزن، قلت: وما يوزن؟ فقال رجل عنده: حتى يحرز (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢٢٥٠)، ومسلم (١٥٣٧).
Hazrat Abu Al-Jari narrates that I asked Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the sale of dates. He replied: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of dates until a person eats from them, or (he said) until they can be eaten. And until they can be weighed. I asked: What is meant by their being weighed? Then a man sitting with him replied: Until they are secured.

٣٨٩٥٦ - حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن حميد عن انس قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع ثمر النخل حتى يزهو، فقيل لانس: ما زهوه؟ قال: يحمر او يصفر (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١٩٨)، ومسلم (١٥٥٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of dates until they had matured. Hazrat Anas was asked, "What is meant by their maturity?" He replied: "That they become red or yellow."

٣٨٩٥٧ - حدثنا ابو اسامة عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد بن جابر قال: حدثنا القاسم ومكحول عن ابي امامة ان النبي ﷺ (نهى) (١) عن بيع الثمرة حتى يبدو صلاحها (٢).

(١) سقط من: [أ، ب]
(٢) ضعيف؛ للتردد في ابن يزيد هل هو ابن جابر أو ابن تميم، وأخرجه الطبراني (٧٥٩٢)، وانظر: المطالب العالية (١٤٠٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Umamah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before their ripeness and goodness became apparent.

٣٨٩٥٨ - حدثنا يعلى بن عبيد حدثنا فضيل بن غزوان عن ابن ابي (نعم) (١) عن ابي هريرة ان رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن بيع الثمرة حتى يبدو صلاحها (٢).

(١) في [ط، هـ]: (نعيم).
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه مسلم (١٥٣٨)، وأحمد (٧٥٥٩).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the sale of fruits before they ripen. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that there is no harm in selling them unripe, and this statement is contrary to the hadith.
