٣٨٩٨٩ - حدثنا ابن مسهر عن (عبيد الله) (١) بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: قطع النبي ﷺ في مجن قوم ثلاثة دراهم (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [جـ]: (عبد اللَّه).
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٦٧٨٩)، ومسلم (١٦٨٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had the hand cut off (for the theft) of a shield whose value was three dirhams.

٣٨٩٩٠ - حدثنا يزيد عن سليمان بن كثير وإبراهيم بن سعد قالا جميعا: ⦗٢٦١⦘ اخبرنا الزهري عن عمرة عن عائشة عن النبي ﷺ قال:"يقطع في ربع دينار فصاعدا" (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٦٧٨٩)، ومسلم (١٦٨٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The hand will be cut off for a quarter dinar or more.

٣٨٩٩١ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن سفيان عن عيسى بن ابي عزة عن الشعبي عن عبد الله ان النبي ﷺ قطع في خمسة دراهم (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ الشعبي لم يثبت سماعه من عبد اللَّه، أخرجه النسائي (٧٤٢٨)، والشافعي في الأم ٧/ ١٨٣، وأبو داود في المراسيل (٢٤٣)، وأبو يعلى (٥٣٥٤)، والبيهقي ٨/ ٢٦١، والدارقطني ٣/ ١٨٥.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had the hand cut off for theft of five dirhams. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: the hand should not be cut off for less than ten dirhams.
