٣٩٠٠٣ - حدثنا عبد الله بن مبارك عن سليمان التيمي عن ابي عثمان النهدي عن عبد الله عن النبي ﷺ انه نهى عن تلقي البيوع (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١٤٩)، ومسلم (١٥١٨).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making purchases (before the goods entered the city).

٣٩٠٠٤ - حدثنا ابو الاحوص عن سماك عن عكرمة عن (ابن عباس قال: قال: النبي ﷺ) (١) لا تستقبلوا ولا تحفلوا (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [س].
(٢) مضطرب؛ رواية سماك عن عكرمة مضطربة، أخرجه أحمد (٢٣١٢)، والترمذي (١٢٦٨)، وأبو يعلى (٢٣٥٦)، والطحاوي ٤/ ٧، والطبراني (١١٧٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Do not face (that direction) and do not swear oaths.

٣٩٠٠٥ - حدثنا ابن ابي زائدة عن عبيد الله عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن التلقي (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١٦٥)، ومسلم (١٥١٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade *talaqqi* (purchasing goods outside the city). And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: There is no harm in it.
