٣٩١٣٥ - حدثنا (حفص) (١) عن اشعث عن الحسن قال: نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن الصلاة بين القبور (٢).

(١) سقط من: [أ، ب].
(٢) مرسل؛ الحسن تابعي، وأخرجه العقيلي ٢/ ١٥٦، والترمذي في العلل ١/ ٧٧، وأخرجه من حديث أنس: ابن حبان (٢٣١٨)، وأبو يعلى (٢٧٨٨).
Hasan narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade praying between graves.

٣٩١٣٦ - حدثنا حفص عن (حميد) (١) عن انس قال: ابصرني عمر وانا اصلي إلى قبر، فجعل يقول: يا انس القبر، فجعلت ارفع راسي انظر إلى القمر، فقالوا: إنما يعني القبر (٢).

Hazrat Anas narrates that Hazrat Umar saw me while I was praying near a grave. Hazrat Umar said: O Anas! (Look at) the grave. I raised my head and looked at the moon, so the people said: You are saying "grave."

٣٩١٣٧ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن ابي ظبيان (عن) (١) عبد الله بن عمرو ⦗٣٠٠⦘ قال: لا يصلى إلى القبر (٢).

(١) سقط من: [س].
(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) says that one should not offer prayer facing towards the grave.

٣٩١٣٨ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن العلاء عن ابيه وخيثمة قالا: لا يصلي إلى حائط حمام ولا وسط مقبرة.
Hazrat Alaa narrates from his father and from Khaythamah that both of them said: One should not pray facing the wall of a bathhouse, nor in the middle of a graveyard.

٣٩١٣٩ - حدثنا حفص عن الحجاج عن الحكم عن الحسن (العرني) (١) قال: الارض كلها مساجد إلا ثلاثة: المقبرة والحمام والحش.

Hasan Arni narrates that the whole earth is a mosque (a place of prostration) except for three places: graveyard, bathhouse, and toilet.

٣٩١٤٠ - حدثنا (١) حفص وابو معاوية عن عاصم عن ابن سيرين عن انس انه كره ان يصلي على الجنازة في المقبرة (٢).

(٢) صحيح.
It is narrated about Hazrat Anas that he also considered it disliked to perform the funeral prayer in the graveyard.

٣٩١٤١ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن (المغيرة) (١) عن إبراهيم قال: كانوا يكرهون ان يصلوا بين القبور.

(١) في [أ، ب، س]: (مغيرة).
Ibrahim states that the Companions and the Followers considered it disliked to pray among the graves. And it has been mentioned as the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa that: If a person performs prayer (in a graveyard), then this prayer will suffice for him.
