٣٩٢٦٩ - حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن يحيى بن سعيد عن ابي بكر (بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم عن عمر بن عبد العزيز (عن) (١) ابي بكر) (٢) بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام عن ابي هريرة ان النبي ﷺ قال:"من وجد متاعه عند رجل قد افلس فهو احق به" (٣).

(٣) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢٤٠٢)، ومسلم (١٥٥٩).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever finds his goods with an insolvent person, he has a greater right to them. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: This will also be according to the method of (other) creditors.
