Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever catches one rak'ah of the prayer has caught that prayer, that is, if he catches it before the imam has raised his back from the bowing (ruku') of the last rak'ah (i.e., before the imam stands up)."

Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you come for prayer and we are in the state of prostration, then you should also go into prostration, but do not count it as a rak‘ah, and whoever catches one rak‘ah has caught the prayer."
