Chapter on repeating prayer for one who prays facing a man looking at him

حدثنا محمد بن مخلد ، ثنا ابو داود ، ثنا محمد بن كثير ، ثنا إسرائيل ، ثنا عبد الاعلى ، انه سمع محمد بن الحنفية ، يقول: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم راى رجلا يصلي إلى رجل، فامره ان يعيد الصلاة، قال: يا رسول الله، قد اتممت الصلاة، فقال:" إنك صليت وانت تنظر إليه مستقبله" .
Muhammad bin Hanafiyyah narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) saw a man who was performing prayer facing another person, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered that man to repeat his prayer. The man said, "O Messenger of Allah! I have already completed my prayer." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "You performed the prayer in such a state that you were facing another person in the direction of the qiblah."
