الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ وَالصَّلَاةُ فِيهِ فِي أَيِّ وَقْتٍ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ
Tawaf of the House and praying in it at any time of night or day

وحدثنا محمد بن مخلد ، نا علي بن حرب ، نا سعيد بن سالم القداح ، عن عبد الله بن المؤمل المخزومي ، عن حميد مولى عفراء، عن قيس بن سعد ، عن مجاهد ، قال: قدم ابو ذر فاخذ بعضادة باب الكعبة، ثم قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" لا يصلين احد بعد الصبح إلى طلوع الشمس، ولا بعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس إلا بمكة"، يقول ذلك ثلاثا .
Mujahid reports: Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) came, held the doorframe of the Ka'bah, and then said: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No person should perform any prayer after offering the Fajr prayer until the sun rises, nor after offering the Asr prayer until the sun sets, except in Makkah (the one performing the units of prayer for Tawaf may do so)." He stated this three times.

نا يعقوب بن إبراهيم البزاز ، نا الحسن بن عرفة ، نا سفيان بن عيينة ، عن ابي الزبير ، عن عبد الله بن باباه ، عن جبير بن مطعم ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" يا بني عبد المطلب، لا تمنعوا احدا طاف بهذا البيت وصلى اي ساعة من ليل او نهار كان" .
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd al-Muttalib! Do not prevent anyone from performing tawaf of this House, nor from offering prayer in it, whether it is any part of the day or night."

نا ابو بكر النيسابوري ، نا عبد الرحمن بن بشر بن الحكم ، انا عبد الرزاق ، انا ابن جريج ، اخبرني ابو الزبير ، انه سمع عبد الله بن باباه ، يخبر عن جبير بن مطعم ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم خبر عطاء هذا،" يا بني عبد مناف، إن كان إليكم من الامر شيء فلا اعرفن ما منعتم احدا يصلي عند هذا البيت اي ساعة شاء من ليل او نهار" .
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf! This matter is now entrusted to us, so let me not find out that you have prevented anyone from performing prayer near this House, whether it is any part of the day or night."

نا ابو طالب الحافظ ، نا عبد الله بن يزيد الاعمى ، نا يحيى البابلتي ، نا عمر بن قيس ، نا عكرمة بن خالد ، عن نافع بن جبير بن مطعم ، عن ابيه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" يا بني عبد مناف، لا تمنعن احدا يصلي عند هذا البيت اي ساعة من ليل او نهار" .
Nafi' bin Jubair narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf! Do not prevent anyone from praying near this House at any time of the day or night."
