بَابُ النَّهْي عَنْ مُبَاشَرَةِ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ وَالْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ بِغَيْرِ حَائِلٍ
Chapter: Prohibition of a Man Touching a Man and a Woman Touching a Woman Without a Barrier
Hadith Number: 6672
عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول لا يباشر الرجل الرجل في الثوب الواحد
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: A man should not touch his body with another man in a single garment.

Hadith Number: 6673
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه ولا تباشر المراة المراة في الثوب الواحد قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لا يباشر الرجل الرجل ولا المراة المراة إلا الولد والوالد وفي رواية الا لا يفضين رجل إلى رجل ولا امراة إلى امراة إلا إلى ولد او والد
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that a woman should not have intercourse with another woman in a single garment. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A man should not lie with a man, and a woman should not lie with a woman, except for children and parents. In another narration it is stated: Never should any man lie with another man, nor any woman with another woman, except for children and parents.

Hadith Number: 6674
عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لا تباشر المراة المراة حتى تصفها لزوجها كانما ينظر إليها زاد في رواية إلا ان يكون بينهما ثوب
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A woman should not sleep with another woman and then describe her to her husband in such a way as if he is looking at her. In another narration, these additional words are mentioned: unless there is a cloth between the two of them.

عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لا يباشر الرجل الرجل ولا المراة المراة
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A man should not sleep together with another man, and a woman should not sleep together with another woman.

عن ابي شهم رضي الله عنه قال كنت رجلا بطالا قال فمرت بي جارية في بعض طرق المدينة فهويت إلى كشحها وفي لفظ اخذت بكشحها فلما كان الغد قال فاتى الناس إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يبايعونه فاتيته فبسطت يدي لابايعه فقبض فلما كان الغد قال فاتى الناس إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يبايعونه فاتيته فبسطت يدي لابايعه فقبض يده وقال احبك صاحب الجبيذة يعني اما إنك صاحب الجبيذة امس قال قلت يا رسول الله بايعني فوالله لا اعود ابدا قال فنعم إذا
It is narrated from Abu Shahm, he says: I was a useless man. One day, on a street in Madinah Munawwarah, a slave girl passed by me. I leaned towards her side; in another narration, it is stated: I grabbed her side. The next day, when people came to pledge allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, I also came and extended my hand for the pledge, but the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, closed his hand. The next day, the same thing happened: people were pledging allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, I also came and extended my hand, but the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, closed his hand. But this time he said: I suspect you are the companion of Jabeezah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, meant to ask: Were you not the companion of Jabeezah yesterday? I said: O Messenger of Allah! Take the pledge from me. By Allah! I will never commit this crime again. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Then it is fine.
