باب النهي عن مباشرة الرجل الرجل والمرأة المرأة بغير حائل
Chapter: Prohibition of a Man Touching a Man and a Woman Touching a Woman Without a Barrier
Hadith Number: 6673
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه ولا تباشر المراة المراة في الثوب الواحد قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لا يباشر الرجل الرجل ولا المراة المراة إلا الولد والوالد وفي رواية الا لا يفضين رجل إلى رجل ولا امراة إلى امراة إلا إلى ولد او والد
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that a woman should not have intercourse with another woman in a single garment. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A man should not lie with a man, and a woman should not lie with a woman, except for children and parents. In another narration it is stated: Never should any man lie with another man, nor any woman with another woman, except for children and parents.
تخریج الحدیث: «حديث صحيح دون قوله: ’’الا الولد والوالد‘‘، وھذا اسناد ضعيف لجھالة الطفاوي شيخ ابي نضرة۔ أخرجه ابوداود: 2174، والترمذي:2787، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 9775 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 9774»
