He صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم said: What do you think, if you go to a stable where there are pure black horses and among them there is a horse whose forehead and all four legs are white, would you not quickly recognize it? The Companion رضي الله عنه said: Yes, indeed! He صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم said: Then the foreheads of the individuals of my Ummah will shine because of prostration and their hands and feet will shine because of ablution.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, I will be the first to be granted permission to prostrate, and I will be the first to be allowed to raise my head from prostration. I will look before me and recognize my Ummah among all the nations. Behind me, to my right and to my left, there will be people everywhere. A man asked: O Messenger of Allah! How will you recognize your Ummah among the individuals of the nations from the time of Noah (peace be upon him) to your own Ummah? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: The limbs of my Ummah will be radiant due to the blessing of ablution, and no one from any other nation will have this sign except my Ummah. And the records of deeds of my Ummah will be given in their right hands, and I will also recognize them in this way, that their children will be running before them.
