الْآيَةُ (64) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الآخِرَةِ}
Verse (64) His saying, Exalted is He: {For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter}
Hadith Number: 1066
Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic:“For them are glad tidings in the life of this world” [Qur’an] , meaning glad tidings for them in the life of this world, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This is the good dream which a Muslim sees himself or is seen for him.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked him about the statement of Allah, the Exalted:“For them are glad tidings in the life of this world”(__QUR_N__). He said: You have asked about something regarding which I have not heard anyone ask, except for one person who asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace be upon him) said: It is the good dream which a Muslim sees himself or which is seen for him; this is the glad tidings for him in the life of this world, and in the Hereafter the glad tidings is Paradise.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Tufail Amir bin Wathilah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no prophethood after me, except for glad tidings. It was asked: O Messenger of Allah! What are glad tidings? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Good dreams.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) lifted the curtain while the people were standing in rows behind Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and said: Of the glad tidings of prophethood, now only the righteous dream remains, which a Muslim sees himself or is seen for him. Be aware! I have been forbidden to recite the Qur'an while in the state of bowing (ruku') or prostration (sujud). So, in ruku', glorify the greatness of your Lord, and in sujud, strive in supplication, for supplication is more likely to be accepted then.
