كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ
Book of Marriage
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَدْخُلُ بِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَفْرِضَ شَيْئًا
Chapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a woman and consummating before specifying the dowry
Hadith Number: 754
نا جرير، عن مغيرة، عن ابي معشر، عن إبراهيم , في الرجل يتزوج المراة، قال:" كان يقال: احسن الالفة ان لا يقربها حتى ياتي بيته" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Good relations mean that a man brings the woman to his home before having intercourse with her."

Hadith Number: 755
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، قال:" كان لا يرى باسا إذا ملك الرجل عقدة النكاح ان يدخل بها قبل ان ينقدها شيئا" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When the marriage has taken place, there is no harm for the husband to go to his wife, even if he has not given the dowry."

Hadith Number: 756
نا عتاب بن بشير، قال: انا خصيف، عن سعيد بن جبير، قال: " لا يدخل الرجل على امراته حتى يقدم إليها شيئا، قميصا او رداء خمارا، ولو خاتما" .
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A man should give something before going to his wife, whether it is a shirt, a sheet, a headscarf, or even if it is just a ring."
