بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ الْفَاجِرَةَ
Chapter: A man marries an immoral woman
Hadith Number: 813
نا هشيم، انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم , في الرجل يتزوج المراة وقد فجرت، قال:" إن لم يستحي لولده ان يعير بذلك فليتزوجها إن شاء" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever marries an immoral woman, if he does not fear disgrace for his child, then he may marry."

نا هشيم، انا حجاج، عن عطاء، مثل ذلك.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) also said the same.

Hadith Number: 815
نا هشيم، قال: انا العوام بن حوشب، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول: " لا تحل مسافحة ولا ذات خدن لمسلم" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is not permissible for a Muslim to marry a woman who is a fornicator or who keeps a secret lover."

Hadith Number: 816
نا هشيم، انا منصور، ويونس، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول: " يفارقها إذا فعلت ذلك وهي عنده ولا يمسكها" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman does such a thing while living with her husband, then he should leave her, and not keep her with him."

Hadith Number: 817
نا ابو شهاب، عن سفيان الثوري، عن ابن ابي نجيح، عن مجاهد، قال: " لو ان رجلا وجد مع امراته عشرة لم تحرم عليه" .
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man sees even ten men with his wife, still the wife will not become forbidden for him."
