Book of Marriage
بَابُ الْمَرْأَةِ تَمْلِكُ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا
Chapter: A woman owns something from her husband
Hadith Number: 882
نا هشيم، قال: انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، قال: " إذا ملكت المراة من زوجها شيئا حرمت عليه، فإن اعتقته ساعة تملكه فهما على نكاحهما" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a woman buys any part of her husband, she becomes forbidden to him, but if she frees him immediately after buying, then both will remain upon their marriage."

Hadith Number: 883
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن , انه كان يقول: " إذا ملكت المراة شيئا من زوجها فقد حرمت عليه وهي مطلقة بائنة، فإن اعتقته فكذلك" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a woman buys a part of her husband, she becomes forbidden to him and she becomes a completely divorced woman (mutaallaqah bainah), and if she frees him, the same ruling will apply."

Hadith Number: 884
نا هشيم، انا حجاج، عن الشعبي، وعطاء، قالا: " حرمت، فإن كانت من شانه فليخطبها" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "She will become unlawful for him, then if she (the woman) is eligible for his marriage, he may marry her again."
