كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Book of Divorce
بَابُ الرَّجُلِ لَهُ أَمَتَانِ أُخْتَانِ يَطَؤُهُمَا
Chapter on a man who has two slave women who are sisters and has intercourse with both
Hadith Number: 1737
نا نا ابو عبد الرحمن عبد الله بن يزيد عن موسى بن ايوب الغافقي، عن عمه، عن علي رضي الله عنه , قال: " يحرم من الإماء ما يحرم من الحرائر إلا العدد" .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The same prohibition applies to slave women as to free women, except in the matter of the waiting period (iddah)."

Hadith Number: 1738
نا نا هشيم، انا مغيرة، عن الشعبي، ان ابن عباس سئل عن الاختين مما ملكت اليمين، فقال:" لا احلهما ولا احرمهما، احلتهما آية وحرمتهما اخرى". فبلغ ابن مسعود، فقال:" لا تجمعهما" .
It was asked from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about two sisters among slave women, so he said: "I do not declare them lawful nor unlawful; one verse made it lawful, another made it unlawful." When this news reached Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "Do not combine them together."

Hadith Number: 1739
نا نا الاحوص، عن طارق بن عبد الرحمن البجلي، عن قيس بن عاصم، قال: قلت لابن عباس : ايقع الرجل على الجارية وابنتها تكونان له مملوكتين؟ , قال:" حرمتهما آية واحلتهما آية اخرى، ولم اكن لافعله" .
It was asked from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that if someone has a slave woman and her daughter, is it permissible to have intercourse with both? He replied: "One verse has made it forbidden, one verse has made it permissible, but I do not do so."
