بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي ظِهَارِ النِّسَاءِ
Chapter on what is reported regarding zihar of women
Hadith Number: 1847
نا هشيم، انا منصور، عن الحسن، في امراة ظاهرت من زوجها، قال:" ليس بشيء، إنما الظهار للرجال" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman pronounces zihar upon her husband, it is nothing; zihar is only for men."

Hadith Number: 1848
نا هشيم، انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، ان عائشة بنت طلحة بن عبيد الله، قالت:" إن تزوجت مصعب بن الزبير فهو عليها كظهر ابيها"، فتزوجته فسالت عن ذلك، فامرت ان تكفر، فاعتقت غلاما لها ثمن الفين .
Sayyida Aisha bint Talha said: "If I marry Mus'ab bin Zubair, he will be like a father to me." Then she married him, sought a fatwa, was ordered to give expiation, so she freed a slave worth two thousand dirhams.

نا هشيم، انا حصين، عن الشعبي، مثل ذلك.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) also narrated in the same manner.

نا هشيم، قال: انا مغيرة، قال: كان إبراهيم، يقول: " إذا قالت بعد ما تزوج الرجل فليس بشيء" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman says this after marriage, then it is nothing."

Hadith Number: 1851
نا هشيم، انا ابو إسحاق الشيباني، عن الشعبي، قال: جلس إلينا رجل فانتسبناه، فقال: " انا الذي اعتقتني عائشة بنت طلحة فيما كان قولها لمصعب بن الزبير" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A person sat with us who introduced himself by saying: I am the one whom Sayyida Aisha bint Talha set free, because of the words she had said to Mus'ab bin Zubair."

Hadith Number: 1852
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن يونس، عن الحسن، قال: " إذا ظاهر من امراته من ذي محرم فهو ظهار" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone performs zihar with any of his mahram relatives, then this is (considered) zihar."
