Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Book of Divorce
بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ: يُوقَفُ الْمُولِي عِنْدَ الْأَرْبَعَةِ الْأَشْهُرِ
Chapter on those who said: The one who makes an oath of abstinence is stopped at four months
Hadith Number: 1916
نا سفيان، عن ايوب، عن سليمان بن يسار، ان مروان بن الحكم " اوقف المولي بعد ستة اشهر" .
Marwan bin Al-Hakam, may Allah have mercy on him, stopped a mawla after six months.

Hadith Number: 1917
نا نا هشيم، عن بعض اصحابه، عن قتادة، ان ابا الدرداء ، كان يقول: " هي معصية يوقف عند الاربعة الاشهر، فإما ان يفيء، وإما ان يطلق" .
Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Ilaa is a sin; after four months he should be stopped, either he should return or give divorce."

Hadith Number: 1918
نا حماد بن زيد، عن هشام بن عروة، قال: قلت لابي: إن ناسا يزعمون ان الإيلاء طلاق، قال:" كذبوا، إنما هو شيء وعظوا به" .
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "I said to my father that some people consider Ila to be divorce. He said: They are lying, it is only an admonition."
