كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Book of Divorce
بَابٌ الرَّجُلَانِ يَنْكِحَانِ أُخْتَيْنِ فَيَبْنِي كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِامْرَأَةِ الْآخَرِ
Chapter: Two men marry two sisters and each consummates with the other's wife
Hadith Number: 2119
نا نا هشيم، نا محمد بن سالم، عن الشعبي، عن علي رضي الله عنه في اخوين تزوجا اختين، فادخل على كل واحد منهما امراة اخيه، قال:" يفرق بينهما، ولكل واحدة منهما الصداق، ولا يقرب كل واحد منهما امراته حتى تنقضي عدة اختها، ويرجع الزوجان على من غرهما بالصداق" .
Al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that two brothers married two sisters, and (by mistake) each was sent to the other's wife. So, Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "They will be separated from each other, and each woman will be given her dowry, and neither man should approach his wife until the waiting period ('iddah) of her sister is completed, and both husbands will take back the dowry from the person who deceived them."

نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، وانا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، انهما قالا ذلك.
Hasan al-Basri and Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on them, said: "In the mentioned case, this is the ruling."
