بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَجِدُ امْرَأَتَهُ غَيْرَ عَذْرَاءَ
Chapter on a man finding his wife not a virgin
Hadith Number: 2114
نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، وانا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، والشيباني، عن الشعبي، انهم قالوا في الرجل إذا لم يجد امراته عذراء، قالوا:" ليس عليه شيء، العذرة تذهب من غير ريبة، تذهبها الوثبة، وكثرة الحيض، والتعنيس، والحمل الثقيل" .
Hasan al-Basri, Ibrahim, and Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "If a man does not find virginity in his wife, then nothing is required of him, because virginity can be lost due to jumping, excessive menstruation, remaining unmarried for a long time, or due to pregnancy."

Hadith Number: 2115
نا خالد، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم في رجل دخل بامراته، فقال: لم اجدها عذراء، قال:" ليس عليه شيء، العذرة تذهبها الوثبة، والحمل الثقيل" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man does not find virginity in his wife, then nothing is required, because virginity can be lost due to jumping or carrying a heavy load."

Hadith Number: 2116
نا عبد الله بن المبارك، عن معمر، عن الحكم بن ابان، قال: سالت سالم بن عبد الله: الرجل يقول لامراته: لم اجدك عذراء؟ قال:" ليس بشيء إن العذرة تذهبها الوثبة والحيضة" .
Salim bin Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man says, 'I did not find you a virgin,' then nothing is required, because virginity can be lost due to jumping and menstruation."

نا عبد الله بن المبارك، عن معمر، عن ابن طاوس، عن ابيه، مثل ذلك.
Sayyiduna Ibn Tawus’s (may Allah have mercy on him) father said:“Virginity can be ended by menstruation.”

Hadith Number: 2118
نا نا المبارك، عن يونس، عن يزيد، عن الزهري، ان رجلا تزوج امراة فلم يجدها عذراء، كانت الحيضة احرقت عذرتها، فارسلت إليه عائشة رضي الله عنها،" ان الحيضة تذهب العذرة يقينا" .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "Menstruation certainly ends virginity."
