بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي إِبَاحَةِ الطَّعَامِ بِأَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ
Chapter on what is reported regarding the permissibility of eating food in enemy territory
Hadith Number: 2745
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن عبد الملك، عن عطاء في القوم يغزون يصيبون الطعام والجبن، فقال:" لهم ان ياكلوا، وما فضل رفعوه إلى الإمام" .
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When people obtain food and cheese, they should eat it, and whatever is left over, return it to the Imam."

Hadith Number: 2746
نا جرير، عن منصور ابي وائل، قال: " كنا نغزو فنصيب من الثمار، ولا نرى بذلك باسا" .
Abu Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "We used to eat fruit during military expeditions, and we did not consider there to be any harm in it."
