باب الإخلاص وأعمال السر - ذكر الإخبار بأن من لم يخلص عمله لمعبوده في الدنيا لم يثب عليه في العقبى
Chapter on Sincerity and Secret Deeds – Whoever is not sincere to his Lord in this world will not be rewarded in the Hereafter.
Hadith Number: 395
اخبرنا اخبرنا علي بن الحسين بن سليمان بالفسطاط، قال: حدثنا محمد بن هشام بن ابي خيرة ، قال: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن عثمان ، قال: حدثنا شعبة ، قال: حدثنا العلاء ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" قال الله تبارك وتعالى: انا خير الشركاء، من عمل عملا، فاشرك فيه غيري، فانا منه برئ، هو للذي اشرك به" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty says: I am the most independent of all partners. Whoever does a deed and associates someone else with Me in it, I am free from that deed; it is for the one whom he associated with Me."
