باب حق الوالدين - ذكر الاستحباب للمرء أن يصل إخوان أبيه بعده رجاء المبالغة في بره بعد مماته
Chapter on Parents’ Rights – It is recommended to maintain ties with the father’s friends after his death to perfect honoring him.
Hadith Number: 430
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا حبان ، قال: اخبرنا عبد الله ، عن حيوة بن شريح ، قال: اخبرني الوليد بن ابي الوليد ، عن عبد الله بن دينار ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" إن ابر البر ان يصل الرجل اهل ود ابيه" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) say: "Indeed, the best act of goodness is that a person treats the family of his father's friend well."
