Chapter on the Neighbor – Recommendation to treat neighbors well in hope of entering Paradise
Hadith Number: 512
اخبرنا عمر بن إسماعيل بن ابي غيلان ببغداد، قال: حدثنا علي بن الجعد ، قال: حدثنا شعبة ، عن داود بن فراهيج ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ما زال جبريل يوصيني بالجار، حتى ظننت انه سيورثه" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Jibreel kept advising me regarding the neighbor so much that I thought he would make him an heir."
