Section on Righteousness and Kindness – Hope of Allah’s forgiveness for one who removes harm from the path of Muslims
Hadith Number: 537
اخبرنا عمر بن سعيد بن سنان ، اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن سمي ، عن ابي صالح ، عن ابي هريرة : ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " بينما رجل يمشي بطريق، وجد غصن شوك على الطريق، فاخره، فشكر الله له، فغفر له" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Once a man was walking along a path when he came across a thorny branch in the way. He removed it, so Allah Almighty accepted this deed of his and forgave him."
