باب الرفق - ذكر استحباب الرفق للمرء في الأمور إذ الله جل وعلا يحبه
Chapter on Gentleness – Recommendation to be gentle in matters, as Allah loves gentleness
Hadith Number: 547
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن المنذر الحزامي ، قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى ، عن مالك ، عن الاوزاعي ، عن الزهري ، عن عروة ، عن عائشة ، قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن الله تعالى يحب الرفق في الامر كله" قال ابو حاتم رضي الله عنه: ما روى مالك، عن الاوزاعي إلا هذا الحديث، وروى الاوزاعي، عن مالك اربعة احاديث.
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty loves gentleness in every matter."
(Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) Imam Malik has narrated only this narration from Imam Awza'i, whereas Awza'i has narrated four narrations from Imam Malik.
