Chapter on Companionship and Sitting – Instruction to tell a brother when you love him for Allah’s sake
Hadith Number: 570
اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد السلام مكحول ، ببيروت، قال: حدثنا يزيد بن سنان ، قال: حدثنا يحيى القطان ، قال: حدثنا ثور بن يزيد ، عن حبيب بن عبيد ، عن المقدام بن معدي كرب ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " إذا احب احدكم اخاه، فليعلمه" .
Sayyiduna Miqdam bin Ma’di Karib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "When a person loves his brother, he should inform him."
