Chapter on Fear and Piety – Clarification that one who prays at night and is alone with worship should have fear prevail
Hadith Number: 665
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، حدثنا حوثرة بن اشرس العدوي ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن ثابت البناني ، عن مطرف بن عبد الله بن الشخير، عن ابيه ، قال:" دخلت على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم المسجد وهو قائم يصلي، وبصدره ازيز كازيز المرجل" .
Mutarrif bin Abdullah narrates from his father: I presented myself in the mosque before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). At that time, he was standing and performing prayer, and a sound was coming from his chest like the sound of a boiling pot.
