باب الغسل - ذكر الخبر الدال على إسقاط الاغتسال عن المحتلم الذي لا يجد بللا
Chapter on Ghusl – Report indicating that ghusl is not required for one who has a wet dream without finding any discharge
Hadith Number: 1168
اخبرنا ابن سلم ، قال: حدثنا حرملة بن يحيى ، قال: حدثنا ابن وهب ، قال: اخبرني عمرو بن الحارث ، ان ابن شهاب حدثه، ان ابا سلمة بن عبد الرحمن حدثه، عن ابي سعيد الخدري ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، انه قال: " الماء من الماء" .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Water (i.e., ghusl) becomes obligatory because of the emission of water (i.e., semen)."
