باب المياه - ذكر الأمر بغمس الذباب في الإناء إذا وقع فيه إذ أحد جناحيه داء والآخر شفاء
Chapter on Water – Command to dip a fly into a vessel if it falls in, as one wing has disease and the other cure
Hadith Number: 1247
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا ابو خيثمة ، قال: حدثنا يحيى القطان ، قال: حدثنا ابن ابي ذئب ، قال: حدثني سعيد بن خالد ، عن ابي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن ، عن ابي سعيد الخدري ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " إذا وقع الذباب في إناء احدكم فامقلوه، فإن في احد جناحيه داء، وفي الآخر دواء" .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "When a fly falls into the vessel of any person, then immerse it completely, for indeed in one of its wings is disease, and in the other is cure."
