باب المسح على الخفين وغيرهما - ذكر البيان بأن الإباحة للمسافر المسح على الخفين ثلاثة أيام أريد بلياليها ويوما للمقيم أريد بليلته
Wiping over leather socks and similar: Clarifying that three days for travelers includes nights, and a day for residents includes its night
Hadith Number: 1333
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا ابو كامل الجحدري ، قال: حدثنا ابو عوانة ، عن سعيد بن مسروق ، عن إبراهيم ، عن عمرو بن ميمون ، عن ابي عبد الله الجدلي ، عن خزيمة بن ثابت ، ان اعرابيا سال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن المسح، فقال:" للمسافر ثلاثة ايام ولياليهن، وللمقيم يوم وليلة" .
Sayyiduna Khuzaimah bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A Bedouin asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about wiping (over socks), so he said: For a traveler, three days and three nights, and for a resident, one day and one night.
