باب الاستطابة - ذكر الزجر عن البول في طرق الناس وأفنيتهم
Relieving oneself: Prohibition of urinating in people's pathways and gathering places
Hadith Number: 1415
اخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق مولى ثقيف، قال: حدثنا الوليد بن شجاع ، قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن جعفر ، عن العلاء بن عبد الرحمن، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " اتقوا اللعانين"، قالوا: وما اللعانان؟ قال:" الذي يتخلى في طرق الناس وافنيتهم" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the two things that bring about much cursing." The people asked: "What are the two things that bring about much cursing?" The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That a person relieves himself in the path of the people or near their (houses') buildings."
