Section on Women’s Travel - Another narration confirming what we stated
Hadith Number: 2720
اخبرنا عمر بن محمد الهمداني ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن بزيع ، قال: حدثنا حسان بن إبراهيم ، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم الصائغ ، قال: قال نافع مولى ابن عمر، عن عبد الله ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يحل لامراة ان تسافر ثلاثة إلا ومعها ذو محرم تحرم عليه" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "It is not permissible for any woman to undertake a journey of three days except that there is with her a mahram who is permanently unlawful for her (to marry)."
