فصل في حمل الجنازة وقولها - ذكر الإباحة للمرء أن يمشي أمام الجنازة إذا سير بها
Section on carrying the bier and its statements – Permissibility of walking in front of the bier during the procession
Hadith Number: 3046
اخبرنا عمران بن موسى بن مجاشع ، قال: حدثنا العباس بن الوليد النرسي ، وعثمان بن ابي شيبة ، ومحمد بن عبيد الكوفي ، قالوا: حدثنا سفيان ، عن الزهري ، عن سالم ، عن ابيه " ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وابا بكر، وعمر كانوا يمشون امام الجنازة" .
Salim narrates from his father (Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both): The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to walk in front of the funeral procession.
