فصل في القيام للجنازة - ذكر المدة التي تقام لها عند رؤية الجنازة
Section on standing for the funeral – The duration for which one stands upon seeing the bier
Hadith Number: 3052
اخبرنا ابن قتيبة ، قال: حدثنا يزيد بن موهب ، قال: حدثني الليث بن سعد ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن سالم ، عن ابن عمر ، عن عامر بن ربيعة العدوي ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا رايتم الجنازة فقوموا لها حتى تخلفكم" .
Sayyiduna Amir bin Rabi’ah ‘Adawi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him):“When you see a funeral procession, stand up for it until it passes by.”
