Hadith Number: 3068
اخبرنا الحسين بن إدريس الانصاري ، قال: اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن سعيد بن المسيب ، عن ابي هريرة ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نعى للناس النجاشي في اليوم الذي مات فيه، وخرج بهم إلى المصلى فصف بهم وكبر اربع تكبيرات" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) informed the people of the death of Najashi on the very day he passed away. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took the people to the Eid ground, arranged their rows, and said four takbirs (in the funeral prayer).
