Section – On the Command for a Woman to Leave If She Menstruates After Tawaf al-Ifadah
Hadith Number: 3903
اخبرنا محمد بن الحسن بن قتيبة ، قال: حدثنا يزيد بن موهب ، قال: حدثني الليث ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن ابي سلمة ، وعروة ان عائشة ، قالت: حاضت صفية بنت حيي بعدما طافت، قالت عائشة: فذكرت حيضتها لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" احابستنا هي؟"، قالت: فقلت: يا رسول الله، إنها قد كانت افاضت وطافت بالبيت، ثم حاضت بعد الإفاضة، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" فلتنفر" .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Lady Safiyyah bint Huyayy (may Allah be pleased with her) got her menses after performing Tawaf. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I mentioned her menstruation to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), so the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: Will this cause us to stay back? Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon you)! She has already performed Tawaf al-Ifadah, and after that she got her menses. So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Then she can depart.
